Nursery Pro connects authorised parents, guardians, teachers, staff, and administrators within a nursery. It supports childcare updates, attendance, care activities, messages, media, notifications, nursery records, and administrative records.
An account may access only information permitted by its authorised nursery membership, staff role, or guardian relationship. Nursery Pro is not offered as a direct-to-child social service.
Depending on the features selected by a nursery and its authorised users, we may process:

The privacy and data-protection roles of Nursery Pro and a nursery may depend on the information, purpose, contract, and applicable law.
When a nursery purchases a paid Nursery Pro software subscription, LemonSqueezy acts as Merchant of Record and processes checkout, payment, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, receipt, and subscription information under LemonSqueezy's own terms and privacy notice. Nursery Pro may receive information needed to activate and manage the software subscription, such as the buyer or nursery name, email address, selected plan, transaction or subscription identifiers, payment status, renewal status, and refund status. Nursery Pro does not receive or store full payment-card numbers from LemonSqueezy checkout.
LemonSqueezy is used only for Nursery Pro software-subscription payments. Nursery Pro does not use LemonSqueezy to process payments between nurseries and parents and does not collect, hold, route, split, settle, transfer, or pay out nursery fees. Read LemonSqueezy's Privacy Notice.

Providers may process information only for the relevant service and under their own legal obligations and contractual safeguards. Information may also be disclosed to the nursery and authorised users as required for the selected childcare function; with the user's direction or consent; to protect a child or another person where lawful and necessary; to comply with a lawful request, court order, or regulatory obligation; to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or legal claims; or as part of a merger, reorganisation, financing, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Current location is requested only after a user selects “Use current location” while setting a nursery address. Camera and photo-library access are requested only when a user chooses to capture or attach media.
These permissions may be declined or withdrawn in device settings. The related optional feature will then be unavailable.
Some service providers may process information in countries other than the user's country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
Nurseries remain responsible for confirming that their own use of the Service and instructions concerning international transfers comply with applicable law.
We retain information for as long as required to provide the Service, maintain authorised care or safety records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect security.
Account holders can initiate deletion from the application through Settings → Terms & Conditions → Delete your account. Each request is authenticated, recorded, and confirmed in the application before it is reviewed by Nursery Pro’s restricted privacy operations team. We then delete or anonymise the account information and revoke access when the request is verified and completed. We retain only records that a nursery or Nursery Pro is legally required to preserve for safeguarding, childcare, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes; retained records are access-restricted and are not available through the deleted account. Nursery Pro operates through authorised adult accounts. It is not a direct-to-child social service.
Nurseries are responsible for obtaining required parental permissions, applying safeguarding rules, and recording only child information necessary for legitimate childcare operations. Users must not upload or share child information for unauthorised advertising, profiling, surveillance, or public distribution.
We use measures designed to protect information, including authenticated services, role- or relationship-based access, encrypted network transport, logging, and restricted administrative access.
Users and nurseries must protect credentials, devices, and authorised relationships. No electronic system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you suspect unauthorised access or disclosure, contact contact@augmented-edu.com promptly.
The Nursery Pro marketing website may:
The product applications that process account and childcare records are separate systems from the marketing website. Microsoft Clarity is optional: it loads only after you choose “Allow optional analytics”, it is not used in the product applications, and you can reject or change your choice at any time under “Privacy settings”. Our legal basis is your consent. Microsoft processes this data as our service provider under its privacy statement, and we use it only to understand and improve this website. How long Clarity keeps the data is set by our Clarity project settings and Microsoft’s terms; withdrawing consent stops further collection.
The website and applications may link to external sites, app stores, and services. Their own privacy notices apply to information they collect. Review those notices before providing information.
We may update this policy as the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be published with a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
Nursery Pro processes childcare information on behalf of authorised nurseries. Each nursery remains responsible for its own lawful basis, parental permissions, and safeguarding obligations.
